"Lagera Tulip Boutique" represents a boutique residential building with a single entrance located in a tranquil urban environment.

Monolithic, reinforced concrete, beamless, allowing changes in distribution. External walls using Wienerberger Porotherm 25 N+F ceramic blocks and integrated thermal insulation system Baumit open® plus nano – partially according to the technological project.
Ventilated facade on the main facades with cladding of high-quality stone and insulation of mineral wool with a thickness of 10 cm. Internal partition walls using Wienerberger Porotherm 25 N+F and 12 N+F ceramic blocks. Flat roof with thermal insulation of rigid mineral wool. Sun-shading light roof structure above the last under-roof/terrace floor.

FACADE:
Plaster BAUMIT creative top – partially on the facades and areas outside the ventilated facade. Entrances are emphasized with canopies above the main entrance and offices. The ground floor is visually separated from the upper part of the building through different treatment of the facade plane – dark stone slabs suitable for external mounting.
COMMON AREAS - STAIRWELLS, ENTRANCE FOYERS, CORRIDORS, GARAGES:
